They talk about the history of MEPs and the Department of Labor (DOL) Advisory Opinion that dealt a blow to Open MEPs. They also talk about the potential impact of new DOL regulations to comply with President Trump's executive order, as well as the pitfalls of a MEP.

Ary introduces the audience to co-host Dan Venturi from Bright Worxx. Dan talks about his experience as a consultant and how he transitioned that to start a 3(16) stand alone administration firm, which now has expanded to third party administration/ recordkeeping services.
